- About "Registration Form Center v1.0"

- "Registration Form Center v1.0" is a Freeware Hermes II external for BBS's
- that use registration forms as a mean of validation, etc.
-
- This is an external available from the user external menu
- that will show your BBS's registration form and other registration
- information for new unregistered users to see.
-
- Right now, the concept is quite simple, and the interface is clean-cut.
-
- Installation
- = = = = = = =
-
- Just throw the external and it's "Register ƒ" inside the Hermes
- external folder. Inside the "Register ƒ" are two text files. One of them
- is entitled "Form", the other "Info". You can NOT change the names
- of these files unless you don't wish to have them displayed.
- Then, cut/paste your standard text registration form inside the "Form"
- text file. Inside the "Info" file, put any special information you may want
- displayed seperate from the form such as registration specifics like time,
- etc. It's not the easiest thing to explain, just try it out.
-
-
- This is a small freeware external for every Hermes II sysop that uses
- registration forms for their BBS. "Registration Form Center v1.0" has
- a folder of its own name: "Register ƒ".
-
- Notes
- = = = =
- #1) You can NOT display MCI variables through this external's text files.
- Sorry. However, if you want this external done specifically to YOUR
- BBS with placed variables, send $5 or so to me, and I'll do a custom
- *registered* version for ya.
-
- #2) As I said before, the program is quite simple. But I have a few plans
- for this external. The following features:
-
- - right after initial login procedure, this external will
- automatically be initiated for a selected security level/range.
-
- - You will be able to DOWNLOAD the Registration form *forced* by
- option of sysop prefs. Instead of cheap capture, the user can
- use Zmodem or anything of the such.
-
- - Cool ANSI graphics by option coming soon!
-
- #3) That's all! Any suggestions? Bug-reports? etc...?
- All donations will ensure that this external project continues.
